Counselling is usually focused around a single issue - that which has brought you to seek support at this point in time.  

I will help you get to the crux of the matter, so that you can feel clearer about what you want to do, going forward.

We can work together to decide the number of sessions that is appropriate to you and your circumstances.  I usually suggest a minimum commitment of 12 weekly sessions, where possible.
