Many people have very complex situations, experiences and ways of thinking. You may have struggled with something for a long time, or perhaps something distressing has happened or is happening. Embarking on therapy is such a crucial decision. It can feel so daunting to begin, but can often be the catalyst for real and meaningful changes.
I practice from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and jungian psychology perspective, with the aim to help you navigate through difficult and complex terrain towards a lasting sense of understanding, personal resilience and autonomy.
I work with adults from my private practices based in central Somerset.
At present, all sessions are conducted remotely and I accept clients from any geographic location in the UK.
I am a professionally trained and a registered member of The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)
& The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)
and adhere to their framework of professional and ethical guidelines.
