Many people have very complex situations, experiences and ways of thinking. Sometimes things become more pressing : struggles repeat themselves, or challenges seem insurmountable.

Embarking on therapy is such an important decision. It can feel daunting to begin but is often the catalyst for real and meaningful changes, even when you aren't sure what to focus on first.

I practice from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic and Jungian analytical psychology perspective, with the aim to help you navigate through difficult and intricate terrain towards a lasting sense of understanding, personal resilience and autonomy.

I work with individual adults and couples and accept clients from any geographic location in the UK and sometimes, internationally.

Sessions are held in person, with Covid-safety measures in place and, where appropriate, remotely - by phone or online.

I am a professionally trained and a registered member of The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) & The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and uphold their rigorous framework of professional and ethical guidelines.
